Laboratory

FAL Duiven has a dedicated in-house laboratory which is fully equipped to perform in principle all its physical and chemical testing.

Analytical Methodology:

• Spectrophotometry (ultra-violet, infra-red)
• Chromatography ((ultra) high performance liquid, gas, thin layer)
• Friability, disintegration, dissolution, hardness, dimensional checks, conductivity
• Refractive index, particle sizing
• Standard wet chemistry methodology e.g. titrations and colorimetric reactions

These activities are carried out under the GMP manufacturing license issued by the Ministry of Health of the Netherlands, which covers both licensed products and Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP).
