Medochemie Ltd invites applications from career oriented professionals, for the position of the Human Resources Manager for its subsidiary Company Farmaceutisch Analytisch Laboratorium Duiven B.V.

The successful candidate will be based in Duiven, The Netherlands.

Human Resources Manager


    • Develops, implements and administers policies and procedures for all personnel, for the smooth operation of the office and the manufacturing site of the Company, in the Netherlands.
    • Manages the recruitment and selection process, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates
    • Performs compensation and benefits administration and reporting. Advises on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
    • Handles employee relations and deals with grievances including the implementation of disciplinary procedures when necessary
    • Develops HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
    • Identifies training and development needs within the organisation and designs, develops and implements training and development programmes by handling adequately the Company’s training budget
    • Designs customised solutions to identified development needs for staff, managers and departments
    • Develops and builds relationships with managers and staff to ensure that a high level of support is provided to all learners
    • Provides performance feedback and conducts performance evaluations



    • University Degree in Human Resources Management and Development or any other related discipline such as occupational psychology, education, behavioural sciences, organizational development, business, etc.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven record of professional experience in coaching, training, employee development, instructional design and/or performance improvement consulting.
    • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be considered as an asset
    • Demonstrated leadership skills in collaborating and influencing cross-functionally
    • Strong planning, organisational and execution skills.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills in English language.
    • Organised and detail oriented.
    • Maintains confidentiality and professional demeanour
